She is the president of KMGi, an internationally acclaimed Online Visibility agency that is repeatedly featured in major publications and on TV networks. KMGi clients include companies such as Boeing, American Airlines, Washington Post, Pfizer, Aventis, Molson Coors, and eBay. She is also the Founder and CEO of INTUIC, a digital consulting firm specializing in Spanish-speaking markets and aimed at helping multinational companies such as Google, MasterCard, Microsoft, Palm, and CA Technologies to unlock the power of Social Media and digital communications. In 2010, Silvina also co-founded Wikiexperts.us, which offers services related to visibility in Wikipedia, the largest reference source in the world. All of Silvina’s companies are international in scope and perform work in English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Silvina was a senior international corporate executive, having served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Visa International, where she was VISA's youngest Vice President at the age of 27. Prior to that, she held the same position at Patagon.com, of the Santander Group, one of the world’s largest banks. She was responsible for the communications strategy aimed at positioning the company as the most successful Internet venture in Latin America and resulting in the company being acquired for US$785 million. Prior to that, she'd served as the Head of Communications for Compaq Computer Corporation, leading its international communications strategy in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Japan, and Latin America.
Silvina has always had a passion for international and digital communications and has built her career from an early age to enable her to do the work she loves – providing creative communications solutions to top firms around the world. Her companies continually achieve success and renown thanks to their winning solutions, carefully tended client relationships, and Silvina’s drive for excellence.
Silvina has a Master's Degree in Public Relations, having studied the subject at UADE (Buenos Aires, Argentina), the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Milan, Italy), New York University (NYU), and the University of Houston. Her comments often appear in business publications in the USA and elsewhere.
