General Description of the Role
The Brand Manager is responsible for building long term equity on the Aperol brand and to ensure this brand equity translates into the achievement of short term volume, market share and profitability targets.
To design and implement the appropriate marketing plan.
To ensure that the local specific needs of consumers are understood and addressed whilst ensuring alignment of the strategy and execution with the global positioning and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
The Aperol Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the annual brand plan, in line with volume targets and A&P budget
This encompasses the generation of brand communication platform/concept, route to market, RSP recommendation, ATL and BTL activities definition and deployment
Also the alignment with Trade Marketing on the customer requirements and tailor made activities, visibility and POS tools, for on and off trade channels
The brand manager will also participate in the development of the budget plans with medium/long term vision
Others responsibilities: Coordinate Market Researches, assess and follow the competitive set situation, pre and post analysis according to ATL and BTL actions
Internal: Trade Marketing Team/ Sales Team / Finance Team/ Global Marketing Team
External: PR, Media and experiential agencies, Research Institutes /Customers
