This is an opportunity for an experienced community manager to join one of Madrid’s best creative digital agencies.
We are calling for an intelligent thinking individual with finely tuned knowledge in building and managing large communities in Facebook, Twitter and client’s blog.
Developing the community through a balance of campaign and non-campaign activity
Writing, editing and developing content/copy for the social spaces
Monitoring, responding to and engaging with communities on a daily basis
Developing an outreach program to broaden our social reach
Daily housekeeping: spamcontrol and rapid response to challenging user comments
Looking for reactive,community-led content opportunities to grow community numbers
·At least 2 year community management experience, with broad understanding of how social media fits within digital marketing campaigns
·Strong social media awareness.
·Excellent writing skills.
Familiarity with reports on performance and recommendations for social media strategies
